We collect your email address when you join the waitlist. We do not collect your name, phone number, or address through this form. We may collect limited technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and basic site operation.

How we use your data

Your email is used only to notify you when flou launches or to share occasional product updates.

Data processing

We use a third-party provider (Cloudflare) within the European Union to manage the waitlist. Data is processed under a data processing agreement (DPA) and is not used for any independent purpose.

Retention

We retain your email address indefinitely until you request its deletion, or you withdraw your consent (e.g. via an "unsubscribe" link in our confirmation or any later email).

Your rights under GDPR

  • Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent for receiving emails at any time.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You may request that we delete your email address from our records.
  • Right of access: You may request to see what information we have collected about you.

The website and the collected data are currently managed by an individual. Responsibility for data management will be transferred to a limited liability company upon its incorporation.
